[Title] => Its 9.6ûC in Baguio!
[Summary] => BAGUIO CITY The prevailing "Siberian high" gave this city yesterday its coldest morning ever this year, with the temperature dipping to 9.6 degrees Celsius between 2 and 5 a.m.
Joseph Rios, the weather bureaus Baguio head, said the "Siberian high pressure area" in the north has been blowing Siberian winds southward, thus the cold front now affecting this city.
