Lt. Gen. Rodolfo Obaniana, chief of the Armed Forces Eastern Mindanao Command, said the Armys 36th Infantry Battalion was able to recover the 10-wheeler trucks and chainsaw from communist insurgents operating in Tagbina, Surigao del Sur.
