SUBIC BAY FREEPORT, Philippines  – To ensure protection for Hanjin workers at the shipyard, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) authorities said today the agency is going beyond the minimum requirements of labor laws and is in the process of introducing more stringent guidelines based on the standards of the US Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
