MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Sports Commission yesterday gained strong support from former Sen. Santanina Rasul as it launched a massive talent identity program in Mindanao to discover swimming talents for international competitions.

Justin crossed the Mactan Channel in Cebu on Oct. 8, swimming five kilometers to cross the 3.6-kilometer channel while fighting strong currents. Junio is the youngest son of retired Col. Florencio Junio of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) and the former Velena Pinlac.
