                    [Summary] => CAMP RAFAEL RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City — Some members of the notorious highway robbery group of Jimmy Brillantes who were arrested last April have been charged before the Municipal Trial Courts in Jabonga and Kitcharao towns, all in Agusan del Norte.


Police reports claimed that the robbers, including Henry Samonte, Rommel Ilagan, Benjamen Porogoy, Joseph Biog and Pedro Layham are now facing various robbery and attempted homicide charges before different courts in Agusan del Norte.

                    [Summary] => Camp Rafael Rodriguez, Butuan City — The plan of a notorious band of armed robbers to attack, rob and abduct employees of the China State Construction based in  Barangay Cuyago, Jabonga, Agusan del Norte was foiled by brave members of the  Citizen’s Armed Forces Geographical Unit (CAFGU) on Monday night.


Reports reaching the Caraga Police Information Office here claimed that the robbers, armed with high-powered firearms, ambushed the CAFGU members doing routine patrol near the vicinity of the construction firm’s sub-office in Barangay Cuyago.
