[Title] => More Bulusan Explosions Seen: Tremor indicates magma movement
[Summary] => LEGAZPI CITY Government volcanologists monitoring Mt. Bulusans unrest recorded a short-duration harmonic tremor the other day, which they said indicates the movement of magma inside the volcano.
The tremor lasted for 17 minutes, from 12:33 p.m. to 12:50 p.m., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said in a bulletin.
Crispolo Deolata Jr., officer-in-charge of Phivolcs monitoring station in Sorsogon, said earlier harmonic tremors they had recorded were almost negligible since they only lasted for a few seconds or a minute.
