[Title] => The world goes round
[Summary] => In the truest sense of the word, a Constitution is not meant to address problems. I would agree with the view that it would be wrong to think that amendments will be the instant solution to graft, or that it will bring political peace. Of the three areas up for reform, refocusing on economic provisions is the more likely to directly affect Filipinos in the earliest possible time. Since it addresses the issue of investments, whether foreign and local, it could immediately translate to more money and therefor more jobs for Filipinos.
