Manila police investigators released yesterday a photo of the suspect in the gruesome killing of two female guest relation officers (GROs) Thursday night in Tondo, hoping that the public can provide information leading to an arrest.

The suspect proved elusive after escaping from a number of police dragnets laid out, according to Inspector Victor Miparanum, acting chief of the Manila Police District (MPD)’s homicide section.

Follow-up operatives have staked out several gay bars frequented by the suspect but returned empty handed.
