Daanbantayan mayoralty aspirant Augusto Corro has requested the National Bureau of Investigation to deploy agents in the town and look into the presence of armed men allegedly used as goons. 


In a letter to NBI Regional Director Medardo Delemos, Corro specifically requested that the NBI conduct surveillance operation on armed men in plain clothes allegedly roaming around the town. These armed man, Corro alleged, operate as members of the Barangay Information Network.
