Investigator PO1 Ricky Tan of the Makati Police identified the victim as Young Ho Chung, Third Secretary of the Korean Embassy and a resident of Ritz Tower Condominium in Makati.
The disappearance of Young was reported by an employee of the Korean Embassy to the police last Friday after the Korean national failed to go home to his wife the previous night.
