[Title] => Keep a low profile
[Summary] =>
The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart.  Psalm 34:18
The National Weather Service advises that if you’re ever caught out in the open during a severe lightning storm, you should kneel down, bend forward, and put your hands on your knees. Then, if lightning strikes nearby, your body will be less likely to serve as a conductor. Maximum safety depends on keeping a low physical profile.

[Title] => Summer heat, Lent and politicians
[Summary] =>
Classes are over. It is summer. And the heat is on. Blazing sans mercy is the summer sun scorching the earth dry. The grass is dying. Cornstalks are yellowing and hunger strikes the land. Where's the shower that used to cool the land? Where are the dewdrops that used to dampen the earth? These have fled like the season birds. These have gone like the ghost of hope in the heart.

[Title] => What advice can you give voters and candidates?
[Summary] =>
By now we have all been bombarded with the news of the coming May elections. We have to try to get involved in any way we can; after all, this is our chance to contribute and make a difference and a better future for us and our kids. Elections give us hope; let’s not waste the exercise. Whenever I hear people complain that election time is so magulo, I always take the opportunity to remind them that it only takes us two-and-a-half months to make great changes that could last a lifetime.
