The Court of Appeals has dismissed the petition of a man for the appellate court to reverse the ruling of the lower court, which convicted him of drugs charges and sentenced him to 40 years imprisonment.

The National Bureau of Investigation yesterday released from its custody the municipal employee of Consolacion who was arrested during an entrapment operation after allegedly taking money to facilitate a transaction after she posted a cash bond for her temporary liberty.
