Globe Telecom and Innove Communications launched yesterday "Libreng Tawag," a special outreach program for Manila-based families of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in war-torn Lebanon.


Globe and Innove are providing cellular phones with pre-loaded credits as well as Globe cards which allow wireline and wireless domestic and international calls from any Globelines payphone and landline, Globe Handyphone and Touch Mobile.
