[Title] => Stretch of Gov. Cuenco Ave. declared as No Fault Zone
[Summary] => The Cebu City council has agreed to declare the area bound by Gov. Cuenco Avenue, from Paradise Village all the way to Banilad as a "No Fault Zone", but has also agreed to prohibit the City Traffic Operations Management from placing a "No Fault Zone" sign in the area so as not to confuse motorists.
A no fault zone is an area wherein all traffic laws and regulations -like no parking, no stopping, no U-turns- will be enforced due to the normally heavy traffic of that area.
