Quoting the relatives of victim Elenito Hermosilla Caro, police said the suspect, Carlos Trocio, acted strangely that morning after killing the two dogs in Sitio Sambag, Barangay Macalape.
Trocio proceeded to the home of Caros aunt, Cresencia Hermosilla, to look for a jungle knife and an airgun he had reportedly hidden there.

confiscated this week.

the investigation of the three women who were arrested last Monday.
