The fatality was identified Francis Basiar, 19, of 2937 Pilar St., Manuguid, Tondo, Manila. He was shot in the left ankle but died to a nervous attack upon reaching the Tondo Hospital.


Basiar’s friend Ronald Colar, 23, also of Pilar street is now undergoing treatment at the Ospital ng Maynila. He was hit in the right portion of the stomach.


SPO2 Raul Olavario of the Western Police District (WPD) said Basiar and Colar are members of the Phi Lambda Fraternity.
