Dubbed the Carbon Sink program, Dionnie Dapla, project manager of the existing Mangrove Experimental Forest Station (MEFS) in Pagbilao, said the DENR and Mirant would undertake the landmark environment project in Padre Burgos and other areas in Pagbilao.
