he Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines-Microentrepreneurs Assistance for Banking Services (RBAP-MABS) was in Cebu last month to extend further assistance to the First Agro-Industrial Rural Bank (FAIR Bank) which has started offering housing microfinance services.

The Marikina Valley Rural Bank (National Capital Region) bagged the third place followed by the Rural Bank of Marayo (Region 6), and the Partner Rural Bank (Cotabato) of ARMM, fifth place.
