[Title] => President Ramos deserves an impartial hearing
[Summary] => President Fidel V. Ramos said recently that he feels like a punching bag. Everyone seems to be taking pot shots at him. For his consolation, it is better to be a punching bag than to be left holding the bag. It is true that many people have been jumping on Ramos lately. But what they are questioning are his official actuations when he was president. He should welcome the opportunity to air his side. All we hope is that the issues he has to face will be decided impartially according to law. A president can make a mistake in his decisions.
