[Title] => Wind Blown dominates lean field
[Summary] => Wind Blown scored an expected romp in the Senate Presidents Cup, dominating a lean field and literally running away with the top P600,000 purse in a fitting victory that highlighted the final day of racing at San Lazaro yesterday.
The long layoff, the heavy handicap weight, the punishing 2,000-meter distance and the pressure put up by Catwalk Pia in the early going proved no burden for the massive charger who simply galloped home to victory unopposed.
Wind Blown turned in a 2:09 clocking with fraction times of 25-25-26-25-27.

[Title] => Wind Blown blows off Silver Story
[Summary] => Wind Blown put to rest all the questions on his claim as the country’s top charger today when he ruled the First Gentleman Silver Cup yesterday, beating the very horse contesting his stake to racing greatness.
Responding splendidly to the outstanding handling of ace jockey Fernando Raquel, Jr., Wind Blown led from start to finish of the punishing 2,000-meter race, bucking a heavy 59-kg handicap and thwarting the token bid of Silver Story at the top of the stretch to win by two lengths.

[Title] => Wind Blown faces Silver Story in big matchup
[Summary] => It is not too often that the racing public is treated to a clash of two of perhaps the best chargers ever to have graced the local turf. So expect an overflow crowd not only at San Lazaro but in all the off-track betting stations as Wind Blown and Silver Story dispute the First Gentleman Silver Cup today.
Although experts have picked the four-year-old Wind Blown over Silver Story owing to his experience in top-level stakes races, the latter remains a threat and a favorite by those who have witnessed the rise to stardom of the three-year-old charger in the last eight months.
