President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Friday lauded the release of Italian priest Father Giancarlo Bossi after the latter's detention for for than a month, according to media reports.

Pres. Arroyo made this declaration during the formal launch of the the Human Security Law in Malacañang.

"Father Bossi is back with us," she said.

She likewise said, "Talk is cheap.  It's the action that counts.  Give the Human Security Act a chance."
