Before anything else, let me make an urgent clarification to the notice I posted last week of author Marivi Soliven’s forthcoming reading and book signing for her new novel The Mango Bride.

Roco said that unless they give a satisfactory explanation, DECS would be "strict" on these companies when DECS holds its next textbook bidding this year.
