[Summary] => DAVAO CITY The Regional Disaster Coordinating Council (RDCC) gave up on its search and rescue operations yesterday for the victims of the explosion that ripped through a tunnel at the gold-rush site at Mt. Diwalwal in Monkayo, Compostela Valley last Wednesday.
