                    [Summary] => DINGALAN, Aurora — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) vowed to prosecute and convict the people behind the gunslaying of Aurora publisher-editor Philip Agustin. 


Pedro Roque Jr., head of the NBI team investigating the murder of Agustin, publisher of Starline Times Recorder, said they have gathered solid evidence against the suspects.


Agustin, who was shot inside his home here about a year ago, had published exposés on alleged anomalies in the Dingalan municipal government headed by Mayor Jaime Ylarde.

Mayor Jaime Ylarde said the source, whom he declined to identify, told him that a municipal councilor had visited star witness Reynaldo Morete and was overheard as convincing the latter to name him as the mastermind.
