It was a fulfilling victory for Jhaye Rabia of the University of Cebu (UC) as he did not only make his first golden finish but also produced the first gold medal in the 15th Milo Little Olympics Visayas Finals yesterday at the Cebu City Sports Center .

The HS department, coached by Eldie Banzon, amassed a total of 10 gold medals to rule the athletics event, nipping the South Campus, which ran away with nine gold medals.

The green-clad HS squad also clinched five silvers and five bronze medals while the South Campus, sporting the maroon jersey, claimed 11 silvers and 12 bronze medals.
