The Regional Trial Court Branch 25 in Danao City has granted the Capitol's motion for the transfer of Eduardo Sacamay and at least two other political detainees from the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center to the detention facility of the Armed Forces of the Philippines-Central Command, Camp Lapu-Lapu, in barangay Apas, Cebu City.

CEBU - Criminal charges were filed the other day against 28 suspected rebels believed responsible for the raid on the Sogod town hall last week.

The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) charged the suspects, allegedly led by one Eduardo Sacamay, with robbery in band, rebellion and illegal possession of firearms, with the provincial prosecutor's office.
