Talisay City Councilor Edward Alesna has endorsed to the City Coucil the 2015 Annual Investment Plan amounting to P2.66 billion as part of the process of preparing for the next year's annual budget.

This after Mayor Socrates Fernandez submitted to the City Council for approval the 2006 budget of P249.159 million, which has an increase of only P24,035,460.06 from this year's budget of P225,124,155.38.

In a six-page summary, the biggest chunk of the 2006 budget goes to the General Services with P30,556,244. Salaries of the city officials and employees come from the General Services.
