But dont bring the spray paint cans out just yet, though, because Kwok said a scheme similar to that of former Manila mayor now Sen. Alfredo Lim would be inadvisable. "I dont think so. Senate President Franklin Drilon said Filipino lawmakers will have the chance to meet their counterparts from all over the world in two international conferences set this month until the first week of April.
