is something that we could have more of on the road. One of the dumbest questions Ive heard when top race-car drivers come from abroad to do a little PR work (such as Allan McNish and Jenson Button) in the country is the inevitable: "What do you think of Filipino drivers?" The politically-correct answer, of course, is "Theyre very good!" or the slightly more flattering (in a backhanded sort of way) "Theyre crazy!"

If I were a duly authorized traffic policeman (emphasis on the "duly"), Id be a rich man. Id ask my superiors to allow me to extend my shift and Id share with him the "graces" Id be getting. Id just patrol my beat (preferably on a motorcycle) and I would definitely catch a lot of traffic violators, especially at night. There are a lot of stupid drivers out there, you know, and theyre members of the Stupid Drivers Club.
