Dubbed as Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Exercise, the yearly joint training is aimed at promoting the inter-operability between Filipino and American forces in combined naval operations.
The exercises will be held simultaneously in Zambales and Cavite until Aug. 4.
