The RTC is correct despite the objections of the Solicitor General that (a) the psychiatric report of the psychologist was based solely on the information provided by Nita and was not based on an examination of Rod himself; and (b) there was no showing that the alleged psychological defects were present at the inception of marriage or that such defects were grave, permanent and incurable.
