CAMP SIONGCO, Maguindanao — Rogue members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front attacked on Sunday afternoon a militia detachment in Datu Saudi, Maguindanao, provoking skirmishes that forced hundreds of villagers to evacuate to safer areas.
