The Confederations Cup has the final nearly everyone wanted: a long-awaited matchup between world champion Spain and host Brazil. The most dominant national team in recent years and the most successful team ever in international play will meet Sunday at Maracana Stadium for the title of the eight-nation warmup tournament for next year's World Cup.

Neymar scored one goal and set up another for Jo to lift Brazil to a 2-0 win over Mexico on Wednesday and all but secure a spot in the semifinals of the Confederations Cup for the host nation.

Not that I was expecting for a 3-0 shellacking of the Singaporeans, but the Azkals could’ve done a waaaaaay better job than they did. We should all thank the back four because if not for them, we might be the ones staring at a 0-3 deficit heading into the away leg of the semi-finals.
