A couple of years ago, parties during Halloween were limited to a few places. Last year, we noticed that costumed partygoers chose to do the rounds of the many parties mostly in the areas of Makati, Malate and the Fort.

Despite that, Malate continues to be THE destination not to be missed every year with its colorful characters donning their fantasy costumes that took all of one year to plan.
