[Title] => Welcome to Retromanila
[Summary] => Thirtysomethings have come home. They had been orphaned by the metro nightlife. Young, crowded clubs or ballroom dancing are not their thing. When retro-themed events were offered, they came out of hiding and let their hair down. Now even the Gen-Xers are joining in the no-holds-barred night following their older counterparts. Will this be a fad or a regular offering in Manila?
Check out the weekly retro events featuring DJs or live bands with 80s or 90s music:
DecaDance at Dreambar@6750, Fridays and Cuervo 90s Anthems, Saturdays

[Title] => Wicked weekend in Manila
[Summary] => Nocturnal Manila had a grand time with so many events to go to this last week. A couple of years ago, parties during Halloween were limited to a few places. Last year, we noticed that costumed partygoers chose to do the rounds of the many parties mostly in the areas of Makati, Malate and the Fort.
Despite that, Malate continues to be THE destination not to be missed every year with its colorful characters donning their fantasy costumes that took all of one year to plan.
