Mobile courtrooms are being fielded to speed up the dispensation of justice. But apart from the lack of courtrooms, the country needs to address another shortage: judges for 21 percent of the courts as well as public prosecutors.

Chief clerk of court Jeoffrey Joaquino said the Supreme Court ordered the whole day "open house" for the students to visit and view the courts.

No trial will be held that day to allow judges to entertain their young guests, but there is a plan to hold a mock trial inside the court rooms just to give the students an idea of how the hearing of cases is conducted.
