Joel Villanueva, representative of partylist group Citizens Battle Against Corruption (CIBAC) took his oath of office Tuesday, according to media reports.

Villanueva was sworn in by House Secretary-General Roberto Nazareno a day after CIBAC was proclaimed by the Commission on Elections. 

Aside from CIBAC, the Comelec proclaimed 13 partylist winners in the May 14 national elections.
