According to Funfare DPA, Cesar Montano has found a new love in the person of Sandra Seifert, 2009 Miss Philippines-Earth and Miss Earth-Air (first runner-up) that same year. In one photo sent by a Funfare contributor (who requested anonymity), Cesar and Sandra are shown at what appeared to be Sandra’s charity project; and in the other photo, Cesar and son Diego with a copy of a magazine with Sandra on the cover.
