CLARK FREEPORT - The Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) has announced it is again accepting "unsolicited proposals" from firms interested in developing a new world-class international passenger terminal at the Diosdado Macapapagal International Airport (DMIA) whose target completion date is on March 31, 2010.
