POLICE CAR HOLDS UP TRAFFIC.  The corner of Colon Street and Juan Luna Street is no-stopping zone because the vehicles stopping there would hold up the busy Colon intersection.  


But an Ear informer reported seeing not just any car flagrantly violating the rule, but a police car.  


The informer said that last Wednesday the police car, a city-issued Innova with body number 014, stopped near a bank at the corner to let a policeman disembark.
