Noel Ligara Lim, 44 of Colina Moneychanger, and a resident of the place, was robbed in front of a telephone company building in Mabolo and lost an undetermined amount of money supposed to be deposited to a bank in Lahug.
SPO3 Isagani Pugoy of the Theft and Robbery Section said Lim just left his office and was on his way to the bank when three unidentified men crossed his way and ordered him to give up the money.
