Rey D. Delfin, Citystate Savings executive vice president said that the banks improved performance was focused on driving revenues from both existing and new business opportunities through continued enhancement of bank products and services as well as improved customer service. Recently, it launched P10 or P100 service campaign wherein a maximum of ten minutes is given to service a customer or the bank credits P100 to the clients account.
