Uyami, a member of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class ‘82, replaced Senior Superintendent Romeo Abaring during turnover ceremonies at the Pasig City police headquarters at 9:30 a.m. yesterday.

"We have already identified them. But we cannot reveal their names as yet because we are tightening our case against them," the AIDSOTF official said.
