Parañaque City police Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) men nabbed Enrico Soliman Javier while allegedly waiting for a buyer in the parking lot of a fastfood chain at about 9 p.m.


Superintendent Ruben Catabona, acting city police chief, said his men found the kilo of shabu in a popular cake maker's box inside a plastic carrying bag of the cake house. Police usually estimate a kilo of shabu to be worth P2 million on the street.
