[Summary] => The Caloocan City Prosecutor’s Office has dismissed the robbery with homicide charges filed by the Caloocan City police against the principal suspect in the July 22 slay of world-renowned harpist Tadao Hayashi.

In a three-page-resolution, Chief Inquest Prosecutor Oliver Yu found "insufficient evidence" against Alex Ylagan, 31, Hayashi’s alleged former lover and masseur.
