A belated report reaching the homicide section of the Western Police District (WPD) yesterday said that the victim, identified as Reymond Reyes, a Grade 2 student of Aldana Elementary School and a resident of 1850 G. Tuazon st., Sampaloc, was declared dead on arrival at the Ospital ng Sampaloc.

Probers said the boy sustained third degree burns on his back, the left ear and left shoulder.
