                    [Summary] => A confidential agent of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), who is said to be a close friend of Video Regulatory Board (VRB) chairman Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. was found dead over the weekend in Marikina City.


The victim, Vincent Fulgar, 51, who allegedly took part in Revilla’s recent successfull raids against pirated CDs andVCDs in Quiapo, Manila and other parts of Metro Manila, sustained hack wounds in the head.


Fulgar was already dead when his body was discovered along Daang Kalabaw, Tumana, Barangay Concepcion Uno last Saturday.
