"Ambot nganong hangtod ron wala pa man gihapon nila ma-resolve?  Last October pa man unya na nila ug hapit na gani mag tuig wala man gihapon nila ma-resolve ang appeal sa akong igsoon," Lu, the older brother of Douglas, said.
