Judge Nina Antonio-Valenzuela, of Manila City Regional Trial Court (MCRTC) Branch 28, released a two-page HDO last Thursday. It was sent to the BI and DFA at noon yesterday.


Valenzuela issued a warrant of arrest against Jaylo, who headed the defunct Presidential Anti-Illegal Recruitment Task Force (PAIRTF) two weeks ago.

"We visited known lairs of Jaylo and the houses of his relatives and friends in Metro Manila but failed to find him," said Senior Superintendent Felipe Rojas, NCRPO intelligence chief. "We will now focus our search in the provinces."
