[Title] => Hold order vs Jaylo out
[Summary] => A Manila court has started sending copies of the hold departure order (HDO) against retired police Captain Reynaldo Jaylo to the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to prevent him from leaving the country.
Judge Nina Antonio-Valenzuela, of Manila City Regional Trial Court (MCRTC) Branch 28, released a two-page HDO last Thursday. It was sent to the BI and DFA at noon yesterday.
Valenzuela issued a warrant of arrest against Jaylo, who headed the defunct Presidential Anti-Illegal Recruitment Task Force (PAIRTF) two weeks ago.
