With the sale, RRI which previously acquired a 4.5-percent stake in RCI, now
has a total of 17.6-percent stake, making it the third largest shareholder of
the cement company, next to Blue Circle Philippines Inc. which has an existing
stake of 28.20 percent and South Western Cement Ventures Inc.
