[Summary] => The president of Caloocan City University (CCU) has complained yesterday that Mayor Enrico "Recom" Echiverri ordered the closure of the university the other day without properly notifying its management and students.
In a telephone interview, Dr. Orlando Molina, CCU president, told The STAR that a certain Raffy Ocsales, who claimed to be Echiverri’s representative, barged inside the registrar’s office at around 2 p.m. and announced that he was ordered by the mayor to close the school and ordered him and his staff to vacate the school premises.
